RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each item will be checked individually before packing. We check the zips, buttons etc… Before sending to each customer, we also obtain video footage of us completing the checks and keep for our records.
However, if you are dissatisfied with a product, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. We only refund on the basis that it is an issue is a fault of our own, for example a faulty zip or not the item you order. Unfortunately, we do not refund if you chose the wrong size or colour so please double check your orders before purchase. We provide measurements within the specification of each product. Please check before making your purchase.
If the reason for return/refund is our responsibility and you have contacted us within 2 days after delivery, we will happily redeliver the item or refund your money once the product has been returned to us. You have a choice of a full refund or for us to resend the item.
